- 12 oz Green Giant Zucchini Spirals
- 1 C. heavy cream or 1/2 & 1/2 creamer
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 C. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- Salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare the Green Giant Zucchini Spirals according to the package directions.
- Add the cream, minced garlic and butter to a medium saucepan.
- Heat on medium heat, stirring every few minutes.
- Once the mixture is heated (not boiling) add in the Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously.
- *If the alfredo isn't as thick as you would like add more Parmesan cheese a little bit a time until the mixture thickens.
