This crap dip is a simple recipe yet delicious served hot with some fresh cut rainbow bell peppers to add a little crunch and even more flavor.

- 1 lb of Crab Meat
- 8 oz of cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Scallion (thinly sliced)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a Large Bowl Combine, crab meat, cream cheese, grated parmesan cheese, old bay, salt, and pepper .Beat until fully combined and the mixture is smooth without any clumps of cream cheese
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes or until mixture is heated through
- remove from the oven and top with mozzarella cheese, a few dashes of old bay (optional) and sliced scallions
- Broil until the top is golden brown
