Keto Coconut Mocha Doughnuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules 
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda 
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour 
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil 
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 
  • 1 Tbsp liquid stevia 
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well. 
  3. Pour mix into a doughnut pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Place on a cooling rack and allow to cool.
  5. Serve and enjoy! Goes great with a big mug of coffee or non-daily milk!
