Keto Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken Ready In 30 Mins
Ingredient’s :
Directions :
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil, chopped
Directions :
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Grease baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- Add chicken and drizzle olive oil on top.
- Sprinkle seasonings over chicken then add marinara sauce and cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese and sauce is bubbling.
- Remove from oven and add chopped basil.
