Keto Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken Ready In 30 Mins

Ingredient’s :

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil, chopped
    Keto Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken Ready In 30 Mins

Directions :

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  3. Add chicken and drizzle olive oil on top.
  4. Sprinkle seasonings over chicken then add marinara sauce and cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese and sauce is bubbling.
  6. Remove from oven and add chopped basil.
