LOW CARB GRAIN FREE CHICKEN PARMESAN CALZONE

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sugar freemarinara sauce
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese
  • low carb pizza crust recipe
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
    LOW CARB GRAIN FREE CHICKEN PARMESAN CALZONE

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken in half, lengthwise, pound thin, set aside.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl.
  3. In another shallow bowl whisk together the Parmesan with the dry seasonings.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Dip the breasts into the eggs then into the dry mixture.
