LOW CARB GRAIN FREE CHICKEN PARMESAN CALZONE

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup sugar freemarinara sauce
- 8 ounces provolone cheese
- low carb pizza crust recipe
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Slice chicken in half, lengthwise, pound thin, set aside.
- Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl.
- In another shallow bowl whisk together the Parmesan with the dry seasonings.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Dip the breasts into the eggs then into the dry mixture.
