For the crust:
- 1 ¾ cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the cream cheese filling:
- 10 oz (300g) Lily’s Chocolate, melted
- 15 oz ( 400 g) softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon stevia
Instructions
- Place ground almonds, cocoa powder, stevia, vanilla extract and melted butter in a large bowl and combine them until fully incorporated.
- Pour in the mixture in 7x7inch square pan lined with parchment paper. With a help of measuring cup tap the mixture to make it even.
- In a large mixing bowl mix together softened cream cheese, vanilla extract and stevia until fully incorporated. Pour in the melted chocolate and mix until combined.
- Spread the cream cheese filling in the prepared pan and let it set in fridge for about 2 hours until fully set.
