Healthy 15 Minute Greek Chicken Pitas
Need a simple and healthy lunch? These greek chicken pitas only take 15 minutes to make and are only 155 calories each! With only 9 grams of carbs they are sure to fit into your diet.

- 1 package chicken tenderloins or chicken breast
- 1 package of Joseph’s Whole Wheat Pita Bread
- Tzatziki (I used Cedar’s but you can use whichever brand you prefer)
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 package of grape tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- Mrs. Dash Chicken seasoning
- Additional Toppings: fresh dill, kalamata olives
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat skillet and spray with non-stick spray.
- Season chicken with Mrs. Dash Chicken seasoning and cook chicken 6 minutes on each side (time will vary if you use chicken breast)
- Note: As far as seasoning the chicken goes I don’t use exact measurements i just sprinkle some on each tenderloin.
- While chicken is cooking, cut up cucumber, tomatoes, and onion.
- Once the chicken is done, let cool for a few minutes and then cut it up into small pieces.
- Assemble your pita! Add 2 oz chicken, 28g tzatziki, and dont worry about about weighing out the veggies, just add what you want with the cucumber, tomato, onion,
