KETO / LOW CARB-EASY TUNA CAKES
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbs Old Bay seasoning
- 1 12 oz can tuna - we like StarKist white
- 1/2 cup almond flour - we buy this brand
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbs mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS
- Drain the tuna well.
- Add all ingredients and mix well
- Separate into 4 cakes
- Heat a pan on the stove medium high heat with a bit of olive oil
- Fry the tuna cakes until brown on one side - then flip and brown the other.
