KETO / LOW CARB-EASY TUNA CAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbs Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 12 oz can tuna - we like StarKist white
  • 1/2 cup almond flour - we buy this brand
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbs mayonnaise
    KETO / LOW CARB-EASY TUNA CAKES

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Drain the tuna well.
  2. Add all ingredients and mix well
  3. Separate into 4 cakes
  4. Heat a pan on the stove medium high heat with a bit of olive oil
  5. Fry the tuna cakes until brown on one side - then flip and brown the other.
